Just your reminder that progress takes patience! Staying consistent is when you’ll really see the results! 🥰

Did you know doing this for about 1-2 minutes a day is actually super beneficial for you?? 🤩
‼️(1-2minutes if you’re more advanced don’t over do it your shoulders and wrists need time adapt!! Beginner should start out trying to hold 30 seconds)‼️
This is not just because it looks aesthetic 😉 they actually boost your🩸 flow, build you upper body and your core strength, and ontop of that they also help with your balance, and can even help you lower your stress level!! 🥵

2025-05-23 13:57:04 +0000 UTC View PostGood morning ☀️ This might sound a little random but i got asked if i workout my calves and I do!! 😆💪🏼 So I wanted to share a great calf workout that I love (and YES calves matter) lol I used to ignore them and wonder why my legs looked kinda unfinished 😭 now they’re part of my regular leg day, no questions asked.
My fav go to calf moves that actually help⬇️
💪🏼Standing Calf Raises (Weighted or Bodyweight)
I’ll hold a barbell or dumbbells and do 4 sets of 15–20 reps. Go slow, squeeze at the top, and don’t cheat the stretch at the bottom 👌🏼
💪🏼Seated Calf Raises
Targets the muscle that gives your calves that width. I’ll usually throw this in after standing raises same 4 sets, 15–20 reps. It burns so good I love it.
💪🏼Single Leg Calf Raises
I do these with just bodyweight or light dumbbells, usually at the end of my workout as a burnout. 3 sets of 10–12 per leg. Helps fix imbalances
Don’t rush calf training!! Slow tempo and using full range of motion is everything. Also try training them 2-3 times a week they recover fast.
If you’ve been skipping calf day… this is your sign 🫶🏻👟😝
