How Often Should You Sauna be in the sauna ๐Ÿง–๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ ? if youโ€™re not hitting the sauna a few times a week, youโ€™re seriously missing out. It feels sooo amazing, but the benefits go way beyond just that good sweat. ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

I try to go in 3-4 times a week, usually after my workout sessions. You donโ€™t need to overdo it 15 to 20 minutes per session is plenty. Just enough to get a good sweat going and let your body relax. So i wanted to share my obsession with you guys and my reasons:๐Ÿฅฐ โฌ‡๏ธ

๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ Muscle recovery โ€“ The heat boosts circulation and helps flush out all that soreness after heavy lifts or hard workouts.

๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ Stress relief โ€“ You literally just sit there and vibe. Itโ€™s like meditation but hotter lol. I always come out feeling calm and clear.

๐Ÿซถ๐ŸปSkin glow-up โ€“ Sweating opens up your pores and helps detox your skin. My face always looks so fresh after.

๐Ÿ’ค Better sleep โ€“ Something about the heat makes your body super relaxed, and I swear I sleep like a baby on sauna nights.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Metabolism boost โ€“ Some studies say it can help with fat loss and endurance.

I had to share with you some of my go to organization/productivity hacks that help me get through the week:๐Ÿคฉ
1) Brain dumps ๐Ÿง  write down anything that may be in your head like tasks, reminders, or random thoughts.
2) Two minute rule โฑ๏ธ If you know something will only take you about two minutes do it IMMEDIATELY no excuses or exceptions!! Maybe replying to an email, answering a text, making an appointment, etc..
3) Top 3 method 3๏ธ Pick only 3 things you have to get done that day anything else is a bonus. It helps you keep a lot off of your plate and cleans up your mind a little so you can focus on your tasks more and be more productive!! ๐Ÿ˜‡ Hope these helped theyโ€™re some of my fav!!
