How Often Should You Sauna be in the sauna ๐ง๐ปโโ๏ธ ? if youโre not hitting the sauna a few times a week, youโre seriously missing out. It feels sooo amazing, but the benefits go way beyond just that good sweat. ๐ฎโ๐จ
I try to go in 3-4 times a week, usually after my workout sessions. You donโt need to overdo it 15 to 20 minutes per session is plenty. Just enough to get a good sweat going and let your body relax. So i wanted to share my obsession with you guys and my reasons:๐ฅฐ โฌ๏ธ
๐ช๐ผ Muscle recovery โ The heat boosts circulation and helps flush out all that soreness after heavy lifts or hard workouts.
๐ง๐ปโโ๏ธ Stress relief โ You literally just sit there and vibe. Itโs like meditation but hotter lol. I always come out feeling calm and clear.
๐ซถ๐ปSkin glow-up โ Sweating opens up your pores and helps detox your skin. My face always looks so fresh after.
๐ค Better sleep โ Something about the heat makes your body super relaxed, and I swear I sleep like a baby on sauna nights.
๐ฅ Metabolism boost โ Some studies say it can help with fat loss and endurance.

I had to share with you some of my go to organization/productivity hacks that help me get through the week:๐คฉ
1) Brain dumps ๐ง write down anything that may be in your head like tasks, reminders, or random thoughts.
2) Two minute rule โฑ๏ธ If you know something will only take you about two minutes do it IMMEDIATELY no excuses or exceptions!! Maybe replying to an email, answering a text, making an appointment, etc..
3) Top 3 method 3๏ธ Pick only 3 things you have to get done that day anything else is a bonus. It helps you keep a lot off of your plate and cleans up your mind a little so you can focus on your tasks more and be more productive!! ๐ Hope these helped theyโre some of my fav!!
