We made it through Monday! ๐ค๐ช๐ผ I donโt know about everyone else but thereโs something about writing down my weekly goals no matter how big or small that helps me stay focused, clear headed, and keeps me motivated. (As you can see I went a lot easy on myself this week considering iโve been a little under the weather.) Feeling the fall vibes with my mug ๐๐haha but Iโm a bit under the weather today. ๐คง Sipping on some warm green tea with some honey one of my go to remedies when I need a little pick me up. Green tea mainly for antioxidants, boosting my immune system back up, while honey adds a natural sweetness and soothes a sore throat. Plus, itโs a perfect combo to stay cozy and fight off the cold. ๐ฏ๐ต๐ค
Success in the gym starts with consistency and focus!! ๐ and ofcourse you canโt forget about your form! Itโs not always about how much you lift but the way youโre moving and your form is actually most of the battle. Mastering the basics and (safely) pushing your limits will get you very far. ๐๐ช๐ผ

Let me give you some ways that help me stay determined and focused especially through tough times which unfortunately are bound to happen in life sometimes. These are things that iโve realized help me stay in line no matter what. ๐ช๐ผ โก๏ธ * setting Clear Goals and know exactly what youโre working towards. Break it down into smaller and mote achievable steps.
* visualize Success Picture yourself achieving your goals. Visualization can strengthen your commitment and can be a much stronger tool than you think. It is also a form of meditation.๐ง๐ปโโ๏ธ
* by staying positive Your mindset is everything. Focus on your progress, not so much on perfection, and celebrate your small wins.
* ask yourself what your โโWhyโโ is especially when things get tough (which they most likely will.) and keep it in mind to remember why you started. That reason will push you through tough times.
* Surround Yourself with Support Keep positive, like minded people around you who uplift and motivate you. (Ultimately you become like who you surround yourself with.)
* Embracing your challenges. Every challenge is a chance to grow stronger.

Love these cold plunges๐ง๐คฉโจ It may not look like it but this water is so cold ๐ฎโ๐จ Whether youโre working out or not, cold plunges are amazing for your body. If youโre not into heavy workouts, aim for 2-3 times a week. For those hitting the gym or any kind of combat sports like I do, daily plunges can aid in faster recovery, reduce inflammation, and boost your energy levels. I love how they make me feel kind of invincible like Iโm resetting my body and mind every time. Plus, itโs a mental challenge that makes me stronger both inside and out. Using the wall is actually a great way to practice your splits! I decided to try this crazy wall split challenge i came across online and the progression is definitely noticeable! Itโs great to slowly inch your way back with your arms to make your legs loosen up a little more. Flexibility is definitely key but determination is what is gonna get you to the finish line!! ๐๐๐ป
