I'm at the lake with my son. I'm off by myself for a leisurely walk (and meditation, if you want to call it that). It's a bit humid because it rained yesterday and today a little, but it's still beautiful. I'm just wishing I'd worn shorts and a tank top, because I'm freaking hot right now.😜🥵

Can you tell I'm like the leaning Tower of Pisa? I spent last night at the lake, and this morning I ended up with a bad back.🥲😅 (Such a fun tent!😂😂) I went to the chiropractor for an adjustment, and then went home and took ibuprofen and applied ice and heat, as instructed. I also took a 2 hour nap, which was SO nice! NOW, I'm still leaning 😂, but I'm at the lake for the evening.. just relaxing at my son's campsite.😊

Where I'm sleeping tonight.. 😁 Enjoying the summer with my son. He has his own tent, but he usually sleeps on my lounge chair out under the stars or in his car if it's too chilly. It's very hot today, so I'll try sleeping without the rain fly. I will love looking up at the stars, although they may keep me awake. I don't sleep great anyway, so what harm is there in seeing the night sky?
