I spent last night at the lake, and this morning I ended up with a bad back.🥲😅 (Such a fun tent!😂😂) I went to the chiropractor for an adjustment, and then went home and took ibuprofen and applied ice and heat, as instructed. I also took a 2 hour nap, which was SO nice! NOW, I'm still leaning 😂, but I'm at the lake for the evening.. just relaxing at my son's campsite.😊
One step forward and one step back. I'll overcome!
