Am I supposed to be naughtier?😜 I was told yesterday that my account is boring and a waste of money.
I'm not for everyone. However, I'm PROUD of this body. I'm proud of my femininity. I'm proud of the hard work I put into myself.
Did the negative feedback bother me? Honestly, not too much. I know I can't please everyone. I try to provide variety, but even the variety I provide doesn't cover everything.
I am happy here. I'm happy that you who are here supporting me appreciate my attempts at creativity, and that you understand that I'm far from perfect and go through different phases here, that i have a life and that there are ups and downs. Sometimes I'm showy, naughty, and in your face, and sometimes I keep my clothes on and am more reserved.
Having said that, I'm going to start posting 5 times a day.😁😂 I loved in the past when I posted several times throughout the day. It's time to get back to that. 😊🙏❤️

It's been a busy day. I got my workout in, then I prepared for and went to my yearly checkup. She referred me to a GYN for hormone therapy, and also to a physical therapist. I'm hopeful that I'll get some much needed help!

I have my annual exam on Tuesday of this week. They'll do lab work and I'll talk to my nurse practitioner about HRT for menopause therapy. I'm going to ask her to also refer me to PT for my musculoskeletal issues. I'll let y'all know how it goes!

Currently messing with my Canon camera because I can't get my phone video to play music from my Bluetooth speaker as it records (the music pauses).😡 I figured it out a few days ago, but now it's messed up again, and i can't get it to work right. I love the simplicity of being able to use my phone for everything. So, I'm sad.😢 But, I also have this expensive Canon that I don't use much, so I'll look at this as an opportunity to make use of my fancy camera! #positivethinking

Fun on the water! I practically had the place to myself! I spent 2.5 hours on the water this morning, and then, when my son came out, we went out for another hour or so.

Guys and gals! Guess where I am!😁 My son texted me yesterday and invited me to go camping with him.😂 I got out here around 6pm last night. He has the campsite for another night, so I'll stay out here into the afternoon and do a bit of paddleboarding.
Check-out is at noon, and initially he only had this site for one night. He booked another this morning so I wouldn't have to leave at noon.😊❤️ He's at work, but he'll be back out here later for the night.
I won't be staying tonight because tomorrow I'm taking my granddaughters to Denver for an overnight shopping trip.❤️

Current attire.. I just came in from sunbathing. Oh my goodness! It's hot out there, and it's only 83 degrees.🥵 I can usually handle the heat really well, but these perimenopause changes are making my body go haywire. If you have a loved one who is in this stage of life.. could be as early as her late 30s to early 40s and having symptoms, be gentle and understanding with her, and help her get help. Advocate with and for her if she'll allow it. She's not crazy, she's not weak, but she may feel like she's falling apart. And often, doctors don't have the knowledge to help women in this stage of life. If you know someone who is struggling, I can point you to helpful information. Let me know!
