It's hot out there, and it's only 83 degrees.🥵 I can usually handle the heat really well, but these perimenopause changes are making my body go haywire. If you have a loved one who is in this stage of life.. could be as early as her late 30s to early 40s and having symptoms, be gentle and understanding with her, and help her get help. Advocate with and for her if she'll allow it. She's not crazy, she's not weak, but she may feel like she's falling apart. And often, doctors don't have the knowledge to help women in this stage of life. If you know someone who is struggling, I can point you to helpful information. Let me know!
