In other news, I was gone much of the morning because I took my granddaughter to her first day of school.
In other news, my labs came back and nothing was a surprise. I'm just waiting for referrals to go through so I can set up appointments for HRT and PT.

Who's making exercise a priority? I know I am!

I saw Twisters with my granddaughters. It was a decent movie. The grls loved it.

I woke up at 1:30 with hot flashes.😡 Couldn't go back to sleep. I got to visit with my son for a while, though. Now, 5 hours later, I'll try for more sleep. I need sleep because I'm going to see a movie with my granddaughters this afternoon.❤️
