Here is my skincare routine:
AM:
- neutrogena hydroboost fragrance free cleanser (revision papaya enzyme cleanser 2x a week for exfoliation)
- vanicream vitamin C serum (applied to damp skin)
- avene cicalfate+ cream
- eucerin tinted SPF 35
PM:
- neutrogena hydroboost fragrance free cleanser
- avene cicalfate+ cream
- tazarotene 0.1% cream (prescription retinoid for anti-aging)
- avene cicalfate+ cream
(I sandwich my retinoid between layers of moisturizer so it’s less irritating)
You can use 0.1% adapalene gel (over the counter retinoid) for acne prevention and anti aging, available at target/drugstores! U don’t need to use a prescription for benefits! I just like using the strongest stuff lol.
And a drugstore alternative for the avene cream is CeraVe Moisturizing Cream!
Some ideas for next live:
- cooking
- shower (with lotioning my body while wet like u do every day)
- masturbation 🫣

It’s a cold rainy night, we’re both feeling kinda sick 🤧 so I suggest we go try army stew at the local Korean restaurant. It was so warm and cozy and as we were walking out, the restaurant owner hands us my fav childhood treat 🥰 and we enjoy it together on the way home
