Proper nutrition is not only chicken breast and broccoli 🥦 You saw that I eat bread, chocolate, pizza! The difference is that I do not eat this instead of normal nutrition, but in addition to it 😇 Food is not the enemy. Overeating, restrictions and chaos are what need to work on 😎
