This video is something a little different than my usual content so PLEASE READ THIS FIRST before watching the video 😁
If you're here, you know, as I do, that tasks that seem like no big deal to most people can be a really big deal to neurodivergent people. One thing I've always wanted to do in this space is make a body doubling series for things like, brushing your teeth or taking a shower.
You were all so amazing about my new video on YouTube and it really inspired me to lean into more of my content ideas, which helped me create this little mini series.
So, today's video is "Brush your teeth with me", and that's what we're doing in today's video!
