The world is A LOT right now and despite what many people say about neurodivergent folks and empathy, I'm sure it's taking a toll on you as well. This isn't really a space to get super heavy, but I was thinking about how sometimes it can be really hard to do basic things, like get through all your meetings.
This is an audio just to help you get through the day. To check in with yourself and take it one breath at a time. You got this, even if it's hard. Even if the world seems impossible.
