WACKSACK DIET: Aside from water and water-dense foods (watermelon, berries, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc), sunny side up eggs and a combination of spinach/arugula are what I eat daily.

WACKSACK DIET: 100% JUICED WATERMELON. I get TWO watermelons per week. One of em gets juiced, and the other cut up and stored away. Get some containers to store it in (1 gallon container should be enough for one full sized melon). The juicer I use is this compact one ($35-40 online or at Target); gets the job done. I use the smaller one to save space and it's easier to clean up after, but use which juicer you want. The only juice I stand by that gets my nitric oxide levels up in a flash is WATERMELON JUICE, and 2-3 cups a day will keep things moving well inside the body.

I try to shoot as much as possible during the daytime so I can use the natural light from outside. There's no better source, and it also saves me hella time and energy during the editing stages.
