As 2024 comes to a close, I’m feeling sooo grateful for the challenges this year brought. I pushed my limits, hit new personal records, and kept a great balance of hard work and recovery. But the real highlight? Having you guys along for the ride!! 🥰🥰

This year wasn’t perfect, but every step forward has made us stronger. I’m excited for what 2025 holds. And for those of you who feel like they haven’t met any goals or just had a tough year in general that is OKAY!! Don’t forget to give yourself some grace and let’s celebrate getting through it!!! Honestly i’m gonna get a little personal here😩 but going into 2025 one of my more simple new year’s resolutions will be to try my very best to remain as stress free and composed as possible. I don’t know about you guys but stress definitely plays a huge part in my life and i feel like im just running on empty sometimes!! A good new year’s resolution we can share is to remember to take “me” time and prioritize massages, weather is a massage chair, a professional massage, a facial, or meditation, even doing things that bring me more peace. It is a big goal of mine to prioritize the little things this year that will hopefully in turn help me to achieve the big ones! 🥰💙

Start by dead hanging from the bar with your body completely straight then lifting your knees and legs fully toward your chest as high as you can go and repeating this until failure folding your body completely in half. This gives you great range of motion and works on your flexibility too don’t forget to give it a try!! 🥰💪🏼

Listen even I love my meat sometimes, but the myth that “eating ton of meat every is the secret to getting a leaner body” is NOT true!! 🙅🏻‍♀️🥩😋 yummy things like this  turkey leg are so much healthier when enjoyed in moderation. Foods like veggies, whole grains, protein, and good carbs is a great source of energy and helping to ensure your body is not overdoing saturated fats or calories. Not to mention even though it is super yummy and i LOVE a good steak 😍 having too much meat every single day can increased risk of chronic diseases, give you nutrient imbalances, and definitely not the best for your digestive health! While it can be an amazing source of protein and energy as well it definitely is better enjoyed in moderation.
