You know, I appreciate each and everyone of you that are subscribed and each and every dollar. I sent out a new $5 PPV yoga video in the dm’s yesterday(if you have not seen it check your dms) and I just woke up to this message. It made my morning. I love knowing you all love what I share. It was a huge step to pivot away from adult content in May, especially given the consistent 6 figure income sharing that type of content brought me year after year. It’s really the first time I’ve stretched or worked out since I miscarried. It felt good to move and breathe. It gets so easy to go through the motions of the day to day without being fully present. Maybe it’s how we numb the pain and survive hard times. But I want to feel again. And I definitely felt this morning! ❤️

I finally feel like my energy is somewhat back. And when I look at myself I don’t feel pale, aside from the emotional aspect that goes along with a miscarriage the hemorrhaging really took a lot out of me. It makes me appreciate my health and my energy and my zest for life now that I’m starting to feel better.

I suppose that’s normal after hemorrhaging bad like I did when I miscarried a couple days ago. I’ve miscarried before and it was never like that. 6 to 8 weeks to rebuild the levels I lost physically. I also feel like I’m pale, even my hands. Strangest thing to me. Thanks for all of your love and concern in the dms. I appreciate some of your messages more than you know.
