My lower back is feeling so much better. I can finally walk around the house without any pain. My back still gets sore but I’m able to do a lot more for myself now. These photos were taken a few weeks ago and I’m actually dreaming about the day I can bend over like the last photo 😉

I took these photos last week when I was feeling inspired and I’m so glad I did. My lower back has been spasming since Friday and I am in no state to create. Today is the first day I can slowly walk around the house without shooting pains. It’s been a tough weekend but I’m on the mend. This whole experience has shown me how important it is to be healthy and stretch.

It's a hearty roasted red pepper and tomato sauce that's delicious on just about everything. It was pretty simple to recreate and tasted even better than the store bought version. In this video I ate it on toasted sourdough I've also had it on tacos, crackers, and eggs. When made from scratch it should stay fresh in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks but I swear it won't last that long. :)
