If I shared these already from a couple days ago, I apologize. Just wanted to mention that I had to contact my surgeon's office today regarding a spot on one of my boobs. I'm pretty sure it's a spitting stitch, but it oozed pus and then bl3d a little. The surgeon's assistant looked at a picture of it and said it is probably a stitch abcess and to keep it clean and covered and use bacitracin on it. I have my 3 month follow up next Monday.

Coffee moments! I'm waking up earlier in th mornings in an effort to make content earlier in the day rather than at night. My nights will be spent winding down instead of up, which should help me sleep better. My mornings will be spent having my coffee, working out, and making content. Afternoons for keeping my house clean, running errands, cooking dinner, etc.
