Happy fit Friday! This bathroom is literally the cleanest space in my house at the moment.
I'll come at y'all later with some rocker chick content since I didn't yesterday. But first, I'm off to the chiropractor. I'll be seeing him regularly for a few weeks at my doctor's recommendation, and we'll see how things go from there. My back is feeling good. My neck is tense and my collarbone is fucked up.
I was gone for a couple of weeks and didn't continue chiropractic care, but since I'm home now, I'll go regularly for a few weeks. Wish me all the best!🥰🥰

Let me tell you about these Hoka flip-flops/pluggers.. One of my very generous fans bought them for me. They are awesome shoes. I wore them yesterday on a 4 mile hike along the river (did I share photos here?).. It was a fast walk with my son who I was having to constantly catch up to, and almost never catching up. He wasn't waiting for me, so I had to book it. To be able to do that shows their quality. It was a hike that I would never intentionally wear flip-flops on. It was spur of the moment, and we kept going and going.😜😂😂

My hubby and I sleep in separate rooms so that we get better sleep (he snores, and I wake up a lot in the night). I've been sleeping in my recliner in my studio. Super comfy.. maybe more so than this bed. I slept in here last night for the first time in a couple of months. Comfortable bed, but my body likes the support of my recliner. We'll see if sleeping in here lasts.
P.S. I don't snore.😂🤭 JK.. I sometimes wake myself up. 😂 It's hard being a human. 🤣
