Good morning my lovers. These last two days I've woken up so angry, for no reason. I'm not mad at anyone and nothing bad has happened to me. I'm just pissed off for no reason. I slept all day yesterday and still feel the same today.
So I go searching on the internet and see one cause is low bld sugar. Makes sense, I'm on day 21 of no sugar, no caffeine, no alcohol, no dairy, no gluten... trying to get rid of this hormone weight.
I think I'll eat some candy tonight before bed and see if it helps.

I took a hit to the face, my right arm is bruised as fuck from Knife Defense Training. Blocking of course. My right shoulder barely moves, and to top it off, I had a big chunk of skin accidentally removed on top of my foot from tripping! 🤦🏼‍♀️
I need just a few more days and I'll be ready to produce content.
