Just make sure you are not pulling the towel downwards, it is just there to comfort your neck when you start moving it. Stretching to the side opens your sides, shoulders and hips. It also opens the chest, stretches out the throat and neck. Proper breathing is important, hold the core tight and breath nice and deep and nice and slow. Many people don't hold the core in, therefore the abs get lazy and your breathing becomes shallow, so the air goes down into the diaphragm rather then going upwards into your lungs. Forward fold, stretches your lower back and open your hips. Laying on yoga blocks, decompresses the spine, opens the shoulders, chest and your heart. This is great way to relax and alleviate stress, tension, depression and anxiety.

Starting a fundraiser My landlady gave me an eviction notice today, she is giving me 2 and half months to move out. Nov 15. She hasn't even cashed this months rent check. I was planning on moving I have been looking is just hard to find things right now with the pandemic and peak fire season. Wow I still can't believe yesterday happened.. How no one was injured is definitely angels work. I was talking about angles and spirits online when my cam went off line unexpectedly. I tried quickly to get back online, after 3 attempts I went into the kitchen to make dinner. 2 min later the crash happened.. had the wheels turned in the opposite direction the vehicle would have been coming right through my living room window where I could have been sitting on cam. I am truly thankful for what every was looking out for everyone in the area yesterday. The girl about 21 was doing whipits? not sure how to spell it .. she passed out while turning the corner. She is very lucky she was wearing her seat belt.. it saved her life.
