the weight room is my happy place i find peace in pushing myself each day, by tuning into a muscle group and focusing on an exercise. i wake up everyday excited to lift, get stronger and become a better version of myself. pushing myself on the days that i don’t want to, getting there when i’d rather stay in bed and getting comfortable with being uncomfortable is never easy but makes me stronger inside and out. the physical benefits and aesthetics are just a bonus i’m grateful to be able to move my body on a daily basis and happy to share it with you all! thank you for supporting me and my journey here🥰
