Meal 1 just now lol 😂 sometimes I have to sleep in because I wake up with the worse headaches because of my epilepsy. My diet is never crazy strict. I just stay consistent everyday. Some days I eat very good some days I enjoy myself. Balance is key. Being happy is key.
