It may seem... unconventional, but I like to tie my hair up with doggy bags because they don't have any traction, so they don't pull the strands apart of my curls🥰 Plus, it's something that I will use before I will lose, and I do have a major tendancy to lose track of my hair ties and clips😅 Do you think it's extra innovative or a little over the top?

There are a lot of deficiencies that can cause anxiety, both in humans and our canine counterparts. Anything from a mineral deficiency like selenium to a need for a specific protein like lysine can cause changes in mood, and these are only a couple examples! It's so important to talk to your vet about changes in your dog's behavior, and if you are feeling a little more down than usual, take a look at what you are eating, too😍🐾💕
