Today I’ll be going boating in Cancun with a really good friend from High School and I’m so excited!
The hardest part about moving to a foreign country with no friends or family is feeling lonely sometimes so I always try to have a friendly visit on the calendar to give me something to look forward to so I’m not homesick!

✨Happiness is not by chance but by choice ✨
I’m sorry I haven’t really been active the last few days but I was so busy shooting content for The Holistic Sanctuary Spa in Rosarito, MX I had no time to check my phone!
It was much needed though, I learned so much during my stay and I am so focused and ready to commit to healthier living & mindfulness!
I’m starting everyday with lemon water, morning meditation, 1 hour workout, protein shake & positive affirmations and mindful manifestations followed by clean eating and happy thoughts 🤩
