I got him to remind me to breathe, take it slow and take it easy. I have a tendency to rush and to push in life and that can be a good thing, but only when balanced with an understanding that it’s okay to be where I am. That I’m moving forward from a sense of love and not a pit of desire. Today I encourage at any point that you might remember me, to stop, take a breath, relax your body and tell yourself that you’ve got everything you need in this moment. And then keep on moving a little bit more at ease 😘
