Feeling very asscentric with a sprinkle of sexy stumbling out of the whirlwind that was my nov/dec months. My body and mind at last feel rested, strong, and at ease again and gd it feels good to be back! The holidays are lovely but also energetically exhausting, in my opinion. I certainly struggled with my mental, physical and emotional health without having my normal structured routine and work overwhelm. And it’s taken me awhile to recharge. So I hope you’re taking care of yourself in all the ways that you need to. Because if you won’t treat yo self honorably no one will! Lastly, I hope any changes you’ve committed to this NY are rooted in a place of inspiration, not fear. “When the fear of staying the same outweighs the fear of change, that is when we change.” Know thy fear and know thy self. 🤍
