I've been crying for the majority of 36 hours and I haven't slept... life is so heavy right now. The withdrawals are so much to handle all at the same time. I haven't had a drink in a month, a coffee in a week(ish?) And about 10 hours ago was my last puff of a nic vape that lasted me over two whole weeks. I'm a cold turkey quitter. It worked with ciggarettes 2 years ago and pills 13 years ago, it will work with everything else right now.
I believe in myself.
