Added 2025-03-10 18:09:00 +0000 UTCRecovering well from my surgery. I have lost a lot of weight/muscle, but I’ve been cleared by my Doctor to return to the gym. Now, I just have to deal with the next bigger surgery in mid April that will require an even longer recovery. (Sigh). At least I’m feeling good!
