Is it really possible? Do you have time to develop all of these areas? How do you organize your life to accomplish all of these things❓
This is still a very difficult question for me. I have a great team, and they help me a lot, but I still can't organize all the work correctly and with an ideal structure. So, unfortunately, you can sometimes see that I disappear for several days, burn out, and can take a long time to answer messages 🥲. But over the years, the situation has improved. Now I have a lot of helpers!
We have 3 men on my team: Vlad (actor, cameraman, and editor), Maxim (actor, cameraman, and producer), and Oleg (photographer). And 4 girls: Marina (she takes care of parcels, bills, helps me with decorations, and she's like my right hand), Liza (she manages the Telegram channel, writes texts for videos on MV, checks orders there, handles emails, and she's very creative, so she gives us a lot of ideas), Sasha (she takes care of Russian websites and payments there, as well as YouTube), and Alina (lives in the USA, joined us just 6 months ago because I needed someone in the USA to make sure all our services work properly; she helps me with Instagram and creates all the Notion tasks) 🥰
I control all the processes, create content, and fully manage my OF. Also, I'm an introvert, I spend 80% of my time at home or in the office, and I'm not into social life at all. So, that’s it.
