I was the quiet little girl finishing Anna Karenina at 11 (yes, really), speed-reading through novels like my life depended on it. a book a day, writing contests, awards — total bookworm energy.these days I only manage a couple of books a month, but I still melt for a good story, especially the messy, soul-twisting kind. I love when books stretch over decades, track complicated people, tangled relationships, questions that don’t have answers.some of my forever faves are The Master and Margarita, Crime and Punishment, The Secret History, White Noise, Never Let Me Go, Bluets. and when I say I’ll read anything, I mean it. one of my last year's faves is Cultish by Amanda Montell — it’s about language, and how words can shape the way we think, from cults to coffee shops. you’d be surprised how seductive a phrase can be 👀so...do you like reading? and what book would you leave on my nightstand? 📚💋
