a little story from today: my bestie and I planned to hang out by the beach, but I felt like we should stop by a cafe first. we did — and not long after, a huge rain began. we sat inside watching, waiting, hoping it would stop. it didn’t. even the lights went out. so we walked to my place and lit candles. it’s still raining as I write this.
