Tips are appreciated! As usual the workout Wednesday is part of the subs at @xxautumnivyxx and I hope they help out!
Had someone ask me for something that centered around stretching because they were having trouble with ideas. Figured it would be a good time to update ya'll with a simply SFW stretch video. Hope it helps for static stretch! In the future maybe I will do more dynamic stretching too!
ALSO - For tonight's release, a little fun time outdoors never hurt anybody, right? Time for a good stretch, and a trip to the falls! With uh...maybe a little peak under the hood, if you keep up!
