The story started with a burnt croissant😅 I've always been afraid to bake, but yesterday I decided to - I wanted the matcha croissants from the video.
Flour everywhere, the dough was capricious, the oven was scorching like crazy. The first batch was charcoal. But I turned the oven back on, put on my Chef cap 👩🍳... And the third croissant came out almost perfect! Not Paris, but my heart sang💫
