Strength club yesterday was fun, challenging and motivating. I was able to up my 1RM estimate by 3kg for both sumo deadlift and pause bench press. πͺπ» Filmed some of the accessory sets as well. Then this morning was headstand kick-up + double-unders practice, followed by a D-ball + run WOD β super fun and effective (exhausting) way of starting a Sunday. π΅π€£
