When I posted yesterday morning I had totally forgot that I actually did NoT have a free afternoon, and I was committed to being on an overnight Hallmark Christmas movie set. I was reminded in the morning when I got the email with the call time/location and details about the scenes. This is what it said for my role : “Santa-like person” lol so I wasn’t really sure what was going to be happening. I tend not to read or look into anything about the movie when I go onto to a set, it’s a fun surprise to see what it’s about or who is in it. Anyway, it was probably one of my more interesting nights on a shoot. I can’t say that I was much more than cold and miserable by the end of it, but I did have a remarkable encounter with an old friend and I have to say it was all probably fate, even though I don’t believe in that stuff.
