Hey!

When I stretch or do any sort of yoga the first thing I focus on is my back and spine. It's so important to keep it mobile and feeling good. One of my favorite movements for that is called "cat cow". Inhale deeply while curving your lower back and bringing your head up, tilting your pelvis up like a "cow." Exhale deeply and bring your abdomen in, arching your spine and bringing your head and pelvis down like a "cat." The cat position is the one you see below. Give it a try!
