

Todays very sweaty and slippery leg workout on Crete π₯΅π¦ποΈ
The deadlift was the usual 170 kg (374 lbs) but the rest was very lightweight π
The gym floor is very delicate so I had to really concentrate on lowering the bar cautiously and thatβs real hard on the lower backπ₯΅
Anyway. Shit was done and Iβm a happy girl π
