Some of todays shoulder workout🏋🏻♀️🐻 Felt strong today so did lateral raises with 24 kg (52 lb) each arm 💥🤩 Also did my 60 kg military press and 34 kg dumbell press 🙌🏻 The pump is nice and I feel like I did well😇😈
