Today, 1/21/2023 my car decided to break down on me when I was 2 1/2 hours away from home. Luckily I was in my hometown so I had support from my friends to be able to get my car to a safe location and somewhere to hang out at until my man was able to get to me. Unfortunately, I don't think this is going to be an easy/simple job. Pretty sure the car lost all compression along with a possible sticking lifter or bent piston. 😢
My car is currently parked at my friends house until next weekend, when we go back over to tow it home. I normally wouldn't stress financially about this type of a situation, but I am. We all just had Christmas, my son just had a birthday on the 5th, and my hours at work got cut to 8-10 hours a week for the slow season.
Not having a 2nd vehicle makes it very tough for my family due to kids, jobs and other transportation issues. Getting a new car is out of the question due to the fact we just got this car in June (2014 Hyundai sonata). 😥
I'm not asking for hand outs. I'm asking for some support financially in return for some content/promos/graphics. I will be putting together a discounted menu tomorrow (both tip/promo menu).
