Iβve been taking care of myself & my hygiene, my body and my brain as much as I can. I know this is not ideal but this is a tough job & iβve been going through so much. Iβve been feeling numb for so long but Iβm finally starting to feelβ¦like a human being again? Iβm sorry to everyone & thank you so much for everyone that stayed & is continuing to stay β€οΈ I just need to hit the gym a couple of more times & I will be able to film & post consistently without feeling like a bag of lard lol π₯² Sending so SO much love & well wishes to everyone! Take care of yourself FIRST before anybody else & donβt let anyone make you feel bad for choosing your health (mental & physical) first β¨
