It’s a workshop of 4 days in which we are going through the diaphragms of the body + shoulders and arms. It sound little but it is HUGE!!! Lots of information and I am very thrilled so it’s a lot 😊 I can’t wait to share with you some of what I’m learning!! (I’m out all day for 4 days)
