SATURDAY β’ RETREAT day! π§π»ββοΈ I am so grateful for this full day at home in quiet solitude (apart from the witches)β¦to unplug, dive deeper inside myself, rest, and rejuvenate. Bring me the juice! Week 10 of my Buddhist meditation courseβ¦ I use retreat day to do my weekly readings and learn the new exercises of the week ahead. Iβll do 2-3 meditations during the day plus a full workout and yoga practice. Maybe Iβll take a long walk or a cat nap. No entertainmentβ¦just a little study and inward reflection or appreciation of the world around me. PRESENCE.
