

WACKSACK DIET: Aside from water and water-dense foods (watermelon, berries, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc), sunny side up eggs and a combination of spinach/arugula are what I eat daily.
Some days I'll add a small portion of salmon too, but the HDL cholesterol in egg yolk is the source of increasing the seminal density. The greens also add a power source of nutrients and minerals for the body.
