If you’ve followed me for awhile, you’re probably aware that I have my fair share of mental health diagnosis that I’m navigating. I’m very comfortable talking about it because I think that vulnerability is a good thing. I want to help people understand mental illness and I want others to feel understood. So if you ever want to talk, I’m here for you.
