

i’ve never really had a routine. i’ll have one for a week or a month and then ditch it. the older i get though, the more i realize it helps me. it allows me to slow down, breathe, and focus on one thing at a time. i think it has something to do with moving around so much. my life is in *constant* change but honestly, without that i would be bored. i have to thank the pandemic for making me slow down. i’m finally focusing on me, my journey, and my needs.
this week, i’ll be normalizing my yoga routine. starting with at *least* 15 minutes every morning.
