

So I’ve been focusing on my health for the last 2 months and I wanted to share with you guys my progress!!! I am still on this journey but I am SO proud of where I have come! Don’t worry, I’m not gonna let my curves disappear lol!
The two big changes I made were:
Cut out alcohol on April 21st ❌
Started eating intuitively (only when I am hungry) 🍕
