I think the cold tightens up this extra soft body 🤦🏼♀️. Following this new diet and I’m down 8 lbs. it’s a slow process but gotta get this weight down a bit. It’s so much harder at my age. Always been hard for me but damn…. Now days 🙄. Love my boys. Oh , following a One Out Wednesday kind of pic ☺️
