I challenged myself to try to create "sexy" oufits out of garbage bags, packing paper, and a potato sack using only scissors and a few supplies like ribbon and double-sided tape.

Here's what I managed:

The black garbage bag dress is held together with 1 piece of double-sided tape.
The black garbage bag bikini and white garbage bag lingerie set are created using only scissors, double-sided tape, and ribbon.
Finally, the potato sack dress that went from blah to glam with scissors, a belt and some shoes.
