I’m not sick but that’s what I feel like 🙈 I’m in this cycle where I don’t want to do things because I need rest/recover but because I’m not stretching/loosing everything up I become stiff and achy... so yesterday I did about an hour of light stretching/rehab and then laid on my acupuncture mat (which I need to do way more than I am). It was BEAUTIFUL outside for the first time in a while. High 80s ish. Just felt so nice to move around outside and not be baking in 100+ heat 😂 I know I destroyed my body with gymnastics... lots of computer editing work definitely does not help! I’m actually terrified of getting old and what that’s going to feel like 😳
