VIDEO FINISHED!!! Holy Shit did this take me longer than it should have 😅 With this I was trying to capture anxiety. When I get panic attacks I get pulled so far into my head it feels like a black hole. I get extreme tunnel vision and sparkles. Details become all I see. It’s strange to explain how I can’t take in the big picture but it’s like my brain only registers one thing at a time in hyper focus explosion mode until eventually I close my eyes. When my eyes are shut I typically use the palms of my hands or knees to put pressure on my eye sockets. Why?… no idea, but the pressure is calming. It’s like I need to shut out the visual stimulation. Once that’s gone my focus changes to ear ringing and almost under water sound. I know I need to focus on my heart beat and breath to gain control again. Pressure on my eyes, the thump of my heart or someone else’s and slowing my breathing down are all on full blast. I layered those sounds within the video. I also used a lot of inward movements to try and convey the inward mind fuck pull. Yes, I am not wearing clothing which is why it may read as “sexy”. I think if I were to try and convey “sexy” I would focus on curves and arches. This may still have a sensual feel but when stressed I do use that as a release so it makes sense that it did come out in this video 🤷‍♀️ - I haven't figured out how to get a little thumbnail preview image so for now all my professional ish videos are black 😅 This took me so long because I don't understand the software yet. I would do something and it would take 3 hours to then go and put the clip back merging it to find out after doing xyz you cant add a certain transition and having to redo everything 🙃 Worth the effort but the more i understand the software the faster I should get and the more I can predict future issues. New techniques I learned for this video: color grading, masking, nesting, speed ramping, some dj skills 😂 (the main soundtrack had parts I didn't like so i figured out how to cut certain things out and blend it back together). I still see some errors or things I could have improved on but for now im happy with the result and each video I do my skills will improve ☺️
